Our weekly "shout out" to see who's up for dancing and where we'd like to go.

Rough Schedule:
La Makina (Merengue band)will go on somewhere around 8:30-9:00pm.
Oscar D'Leon will go on somewhere around 11:00pm and play all the way
until 2:00am.

  We have two salsa/reuda field trips coming up
If you are interested/available for driving please let me know.
Everyone will have to pay for their own admission to the events listed below.
I would prefer to meet at Wesley Chapel, car pool from there, and get to the venues in time for everyone to take the evening's lesson.

Rueda Dance Club in Denver - starts 2-19-09

Pat Kirby, one of our Ritmos members in Denver, is starting a Rueda Club

in SE Denver (5 Minutes from I-225 and Parker Road). The club is FREE to 

join, and will meet on Thursday evenings.

Church Ranch Event Center's Sunday Salsa nights The dance floor is huge and the room can fit 450 people in the main area. There is an outdoor garden area with fountains and flowers and salsa music and dancing will also be outside. Located at 10200 Olde Wadsworth Blvd in Westminster. From Boulder, take the 104th Ave/Church Ranch Blvd exit.  Turn right, (pass the Super Target) and turn right at onto Olde Wadsworth Blvd. It's then about 500 feet on your right.
